Briant Team Volunteers with Royal British Veterans Enterprise to Support the Solar Tommy Project

At Briant, we’re proud to deliver civil and electrical engineering projects that help shape communities. Just as importantly, we’re committed to giving something back to those communities whenever we can.

This week, members of the Briant team spent the morning volunteering with Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE), helping to assemble the Solar Tommy Project.

The Solar Tommy is a powerful symbol of remembrance and support for the Armed Forces community. By lending a hand with the assembly process, our team contributed to a project that will have a lasting impact in communities across the UK.

The day provided a fantastic opportunity for colleagues from across the business to step away from their usual roles, work together in a different setting, and support a truly worthwhile cause. It was a rewarding experience that reflected the values we strive to uphold as a business—teamwork, community, and making a positive difference.

After a productive morning, the team enjoyed a well-earned lunch together, taking the opportunity to reflect on the day’s achievements and enjoy each other’s company.

Supporting organisations like Royal British Veterans Enterprise is an important part of who we are. Alongside delivering high-quality civil and electrical engineering solutions, we’re committed to investing our time in initiatives that strengthen the communities we work in and support those who have served our country.

We’d like to thank everyone at Royal British Veterans Enterprise for welcoming us and for the inspiring work they continue to do in supporting veterans and preserving remembrance.
